Groupon Policy and Restrictions
- One Groupon visit per person- value must be used in full on the visit;-no cash back.
- Gratuities are not included on the Groupon
- Credit Card information is required to place an appointment.
- Should you NO Show on your confirmed appointment your credit card will be charged a $30 fee.
- Your Groupon may not be combined with any other offer, promotion or discounted items.
- Groupon can not be used for a couples massage ( as I do not offer such service)
- Groupon can be canceled on time as long as it is 24 hours in advance of the confirmed appointment. If canceled less than 24hours prior to your appointment time you will lose the promotional value and the Groupon will be marked as redeemed.
- If Groupon is canceled within the 24 hours of confirmation, then you will be allowed a one time reschedule.
- If you reschedule your Groupon service more than once and would still like to receive the service purchased; you will lose the promotional value and be responsible for paying the difference of the promotional value.
- Refunds- All refunds are administered by Groupon. Please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or groupon.com/help
- Expiration Dates- As a customer you have until the expiration date on your Groupon voucher to book your session with Crescent Moon Massage and Bodyworks. After the date, you will owe the difference of the promotional value at the time of service. The Voucher can only be applied towards the service that was originally purchase
