Aroma Wraps

60 minutes: $75

The skin is gently exfoliated with a light dry brushing then soothed with a generous application of one of the most rehydrating base oils. Each wrap is created using an essential oil individually selected for you and your aromatherapy needs. Your relaxation experience is enhanced as you are wrapped in a warm spa blanket for extra moments of hydrating and quiet contemplation.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy

60 minutes: $65
90 minutes: $95

 Delivers deep, compressive pressure using gravitational force of the practitioner’s body weight through the connection of overhead bars and feet. This is the next level massage for those wanting to take their bodywork deeper.

Ashi Thai

75 minutes: $80

Ashi-Thai is a combination of compressive techniques and passive stretches. These movements are an expression of traditional Thai massage techniques and have been modified for the use of overhead bars to avoid bending and lifting. The technique is performed on clients fully clothed, on a raised massage table without any oils or creams. Some therapists refer to Ashi Thai as “lazy man yoga” since the client remains passive while the therapist performs the stretches for them and places them in many different yoga poses.

Therapeutic Massage

 It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue

60 minutes: $65
90 minutes: $95

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Hot Stone

60 minutes: $65

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. 


Mud Wrap

90 minutes: $110

The mud wrap is smoothing, stimulating, and detoxifying for your skin. Firmi-Sea Body mud contains rich concentrations of minerals and vitamins from the oceans depth. The use of clove and cinnamon essential oils help heat the skin and gives a nice smell to the mud. 

Pregnancy Massage

60 minutes: $65

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Couples Massage

60 minutes: $130
90 minutes: $190

For couples massage you will need to contact Courtney  by text , email or phone to set up the appointment .  Any modality can be used for couples massage,EXCEPT for the Ashiatsu oriental bar therapy modalities. 


Essential Oils: add any essential oil to your massage service.  Therapist will have a variety of oils to choose from.  There will be an addition charge of $5 for the oils to be added to your massage. 

 Cupping: The combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. A cup is positioned at the area to be treated and, depending on the type of cups being used; a vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. The produced vacuum creates a suction effect that increases blood and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area, relaxes muscle tissue and support, draws stagnation, pathogenic factors and toxins out

Gua sha:  is part of traditional Chinese medicine in which a tool is used to scrape people's skin in order to produce light petechia. Practitioners believe that gua sha releases unhealthy bodily matter from blood stasis within sore, tired, stiff or injured muscle areas to stimulate new oxygenated blood flow to the areas, thus promoting metabolic cell repair, regeneration, healing and recovery.

Paraffin Wax Treatment:  Have your hands or feet or both, dipped in hot wax. This treatment is good for smoothing sore muscles and helps with cracked and dry skin. Cost for this treatment is $ 5.00 for hands, $5.00 for feet, or $10.00 for both.
